**Job SummaryDescribe the purpose of the jobDrive sales growth with established customers by managing customer relationship, providing technical direction, and increasing productivity for our customer.**Key Job Responsibilities**List each key responsibilities in order of importance- Manage 1-10 established customer relationships.- Maintain existing business and grow share of wallet with assigned customer accounts within assigned geography.- Takes hand-off from Sales Engineer (hunter) when account reaches certain level of sales volume.- Leverage CRM to track activities and NOVO- Determine key objectives required to win and resource requirements/risks- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge on a particular end-market and stay up-to-date on latest industry trends to continually improve customer productivity.- Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., product lifecycle obsolescence), customer programs (e.g., product upgrades) and customer cost savings initiatives.- Maintains intense market knowledge of competitors and market gaps.- Support Sales Engineers by providing technical expertise when closing new customers.- Coordinate with Inside Sales rep(s) and Sales Support to grow sales within assigned accounts plus troubleshoot customer gaps as needed.**Education, Work Experience, Skills, CertificatesNecessary to perform the job at the minimum acceptable level and preferred**Minimum Level of Education (for Job)**:- High School- Associates/Technical- Bachelor’s Degree- Master’s Degree- PhDDegree in Business and or Manufacturing and or Engineering preferred. 5-10 years of related experience preferred. CMP Program certificate preferred. (Certified Metal cutting Professional). Entrepreneurial. Creative. Analytic. Assertive.
