As sustainability is the guiding principle of the Mercedes-Benz strategy and for the company itself, this means creating lasting value for all stakeholders: for customers, employees, investors, business partners and society as a whole.Objective:In charge of the whole activities related to Discounts (SD, PD, DD) steering for actuals and planning purposes coordinating with Sales the sales channel structure plan which includes: Company Cars, fleet channel, demo and retail channel. Acting as a PMO to improve, monitor and steer special projects with a specific financial impact ensuring the adherence to the local and global policies.**Qualifikationen**:- Responsibilities:- Financial Steering: Steering and manage special discount budget Passenger Cars. Also responsible to plan and forecast expense using discounts models as base to do that. Regular reporting with Sales managers to ensure the adherence to SD budget.- Discount Planning and Steering: Ensure that fix and variable margin are aligned with the plan; making regular checks and steering. Responsible for approval and conciliation incentive payments in the dealer incentive program (DIP) for MBC.- Finance PMO: Develop and analyze the financial impact of all kind of projects implemented in the organization, support envolved areas and align data with HQ.- ICS: Lead, supervise and execute ICS controls regarding, Pricing Master data, Vehicle Invoicing audit, Residual Value champion**Profile**:- Education: Actuarial, Industrial Engineering, or finance related- Language(s): English (Advanced)- Work Experience: 3 years in the automotive sector, Budget control, Project coordination, Continuous improvement- Technical Knowledge: Executive presentations, Processes automation, Knowledge of BI and Dashboards, Accounting and budget management- Location: CDMX- Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position, local contract applies.- Valid documents to work in Mexico are a must.Diversity allows us to have people with different experiences, skills and points of view, which is what most enriches our work and puts us at the forefront of the best transnational companies.
