We are looking for your experienceiQor Mexico, a market-leading company in administrative collection processes, is looking for its next **Bilingual Accounts Collections Specialist** for one of our clients specialized in the sale of toys in the US and Mexico.Principal functions:- Management of deductions by chain- Monitoring of collections, disputes, differences, clarifications, addenda...- Constant communication with clients (in Mexico and the USA) and internal collection departments- Administrative account control**Requirements**:- Minimum experience of 2 years in retail accounts receivable areas (Knowledge of retail management platforms is essential)- Lic. Accounting, administration or similar- Advanced Excel management (test is carried out)- Advanced English (all interviews are entirely in English)- Knowledge of SAP, billing and retail portalsSalary Offer:- Gross base salary $20,000.00 MX before taxes- Monthly productivity bonus $2,000.00MX- Work day Monday to Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.- Insurance of major medical expenses- Life insurance- Monthly food vouchers $700.00 MX- Home Office opportunity starting in the 3rd month.Area to work: Col.
