We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Recruitment and Orientation Specialist to support our client, Avis, in their North America reservation center located in Downtown Mexico City.
Job Summary:
**T**he Bilingual Recruitment and Orientation Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and orienting new employees for Avis's North America reservation center. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the organization, facilitating their understanding of company policies, procedures, and culture, and preparing them to perform their duties effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:

Recruitment**:
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to identify top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- **
Onboarding and Orientation**:
- Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial period of employment.
- **
Collaboration**:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
- **
Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
