HeadQuarters is a global start-up that partners with US cannabis companies to provide support in finance, sales operations, digital marketing and logistics. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Associate.As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling various data-related tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes.The working hours for this position are **9 am - 5 pm PST/EST**(depending on the client which will be assigned to you).Your tasks will be:- **Excel and Data Management**:Your primary responsibility will be managing and organizing sales data efficiently. In order to analyze, manipulate, and update data, you will need a good understanding of Excel.- **Order Entry**:You will be responsible for accurately entering sales orders into our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured without errors.- **Reporting**: Providing sales teams and management with regular sales reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).- **Task Support**: Assist the Sales Operations team in various administrative tasks, updating customer information, and coordinating with different departments.- **Other tasks** in service of our client: Handle day-to-day tasks that streamline sales processes and contribute to overall efficiency.**Requirements**:- Advanced Excel skills- Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage- Great communication skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Fluent English(written and spoken)- Eagerness to learn- Team player- Willingness to join a dynamic start-up environment - constantly changing, improving and upgrading our business and processes**Benefits**What we guarantee in return for your support:- **Making an Impact**: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment where your ideas and initiatives are welcomed and valued.
