Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - or equivalent experience (required)- 1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Support or Sales Operations role (required)- Salesforce Administrator Certification, or actively pursuing (preferred)- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, user management, validation rules, workflows, security, reporting tools, etc.(required)- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity with experience documenting Salesforce processes and leading end-user training sessions- Comfortable engaging cross-functionally to enforce hygiene best practices and gather feedback- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset- Ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks including user access provisioning, configuration updates, role/permission changes, and general support- Own day-to-day ReferenceEdge (Salesforce Application) administration to identify and support scheduling of client reference calls- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making- Maintain and update training materials and documentation for Salesforce and related tools- Partner with Sales teams and leadership to maintain clean and reliable pipeline data by driving system hygiene and compliance- Monitor data accuracy and completeness across key objects (e.g., Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts) and follow up with stakeholders as needed- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to implement enhancements and maintain alignment with business goals- Support end-user training and provide first-level troubleshooting for Salesforce-related questions- Stay current on Salesforce best practices and proactively suggest improvements

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
