Team OverviewYou will be working in the Food Strategy and Execution team designing and executing strategies to drive sustainable growth for Didi, clients, and partners. The role requires strong ideation and problem-solving skills to propose data-based solutions to our most impactful and challenging problems, along with great stakeholder management, and hands-on proactiveness to materialize our strategies. Role Responsibilities- Transforming the way we see promotions in the delivery food industry.
- Building a scalable operation focusing on bringing promotions attractiveness and investment efficiencies.
- Generating the correct journey for our partners through clear engagement initiatives.
- Compiling data insights, and working cross-functionally with different departments to implement them, such as customer service, user product, risk policy, etc.
- Making recommendations for product and user experience changes and improvements.
- Getting data, proposing solutions, testing, and iterating.
- Ensuring strategies can be implemented efficiently.
- Responsible for the campaigns and activities to better engage with restaurants and eaters.
- 1 year or more of experience in top strategy consulting firms.
- 2+ years of experience in tech companies.
- Creative problem solver.
- Self-starter and go-getter.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Able to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Passionate about making decisions through data.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ambitious to tackle "Climb the Everest" type challenges.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or any other analytical tool.
