**Descripción**- Brindar apoyo al Senior People Lead para definir y ejecutar políticas globales y locales e iniciativas de cambio y comprender los impactos de los cambios planificados.- Realizar reuniones con los líderes de funciones y gerentes intermedios para colaborar en la creación y entrega de prioridades y planes funcionales, brindando orientación estratégica- Realizar análisis de datos para impulsar soluciones, decisiones comerciales aprovechando los resultados del análisis para realizar planes que impacten el resultado final y la estrategia comercial.- Dirigir y asesorar sobre prácticas de gestión de talentos relacionada con la planificación de la fuerza laboral, la planificación de la estrategia de adquisición de talentos, el desarrollo del liderazgo, el desarrollo de los empleados, la planificación de carrera y sucesión y la movilidad del talento, la aprobación de solicitudes de trabajo.- Gestionar las relaciones del comité de empresa y brindar orientación a RR.HH. para garantizar la implementación exitosa de las políticas laborales y el cumplimiento de las leyes y los acuerdos.- Consultar sobre la gestión de gastos generales**Requisitos mínimos**- Habilidades de generalista, idealmente dentro de FMCG / CPG- Capacidad para desarrollar alianzas sólidas con líderes- Capacidad para crear una estrategia de cambio y liderar cambios complejos y de transformación- Experiência sólida en manejo de sindicatos: negociaciones, contratos colectivos y gestión de personal sindicalizado en general (mandatorio).- Experiência en administración de plantillas de ±1000 empleados incluyendo la parte de gestión técnica junto a la de estrategia/planeación.- Experiência previa en roles afines como HRBP, HR Manager, People Lead.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.**UBICACIÓN**:Puebla**MODALIDAD**: híbrida con un 80% de actividad presencialTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- capacitación y desarrollo de personal: 1 año (Deseable)- Manejo de sindicatos: 1 año (Deseable)- administración de plantillas de + de1000 empleados: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 72228, Puebla, Pue.
