Mexico City, Mexico- Full Time- We are expanding our Legal Department and we're looking for a- **Senior Corporate Lawyer** who will be responsible for handling different processes of various countries, providing a global vision to the operation.**What you will do**:- Corporate formation and support of global legal entities in various international jurisdictions-- Assist on corporate business transactions as needed, including financings and M&A-- Manage organization and due diligence projects with respect to corporate matters-- Manage entity compliance calendar and corporate filings-- Drafting, reviewing and editing corporate organizational documents, consents and resolutions-- Coordinate with business stakeholders and various departments on expectations, timing and process of corporate matters-- Coordinate structure and drafting of inter-company agreementsAssist in selecting and managing external consultants and outside counsel-- Securities and equity matters management and global compliance-- Assistance in the development of risk management strategies and the prevention of legal problems**What we expect from you**:- At least 7 years of experience with corporate law-- International practice is highly preferred-- Former large law firm experience is highly preferredUnderstanding of tax, financial and business considerations to frame corporate questions-- Attention to detail and high level of written and oral communication skills-- Fluent in English language - proficiency at C1/C2 level-- Native/fluent in Spanish language-- Independence and results orientation-- High level of ownership, responsibility and self-organization-- Flexibility and critical thinking**Working terms**:- Stable salary-- Hybrid work schedule-- Unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training from our partners-- Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes-- The opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals who create one of the greatest success stories in the global IT industry-- Probation period up to 3 months-- Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off- We offer you all the conditions for professional and personal growth with a rapidly growing tech company.
