Install and configure most complex information systems and associated hardware inaccordance with technical specifications. Communicate with system users. Efficiently investigate, trouble-shoot,and resolve system problems. When necessary, escalate system problems to more senior staff. May coach orprovide guidance to lower-level support analysts.**Requisitios**:1. Local Help Desk for end-users support; provides support to all new technologies (hardware & software)required by the company2. Expertise on MS Office to provide support and training to end-users.3. New Software /Software Installation /. Install and set up the new equipment in the company4. Control of Licenses / PC Inventory / PC Maintenance. Perform the corrective maintenance to thecomputer systems (hardware) of all company.5. Solves the different problems in the networks and connectivity of all the computer equipment of thecompany.6. Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to Tranxfer equipment.7. Provide preventive/corrective maintenance to the Check in / out clocks used in for time and attendance8. Windows / Cell Phones Support Solution to the problems of telephony and communication that appear inthe company.9. Evaluates and implements the new technologies (hardware, software) required by the company.10. Watch the lines of communications UPS and the emergency plant work correctly.11. Support cabling to implement LAN topologies.12. Work with maintenance team in order to have safety AC installations13. Provide fist support on the electronic repairs.1. A Bachelor of Science Degree in computer discipline is required.2. English skills to deal in a multicultural labor environment. 70%3. Office 2007,20104.
