Held is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Support Analyst Tier II to join the Technology Services ERP Support team.Current in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is critical to success in this role. You will be part of the IT team, so expertise in providing user support of the tool is required.The D365 Finance Support Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of end-user support including troubleshooting system issues, managing support requests, assisting the system administrator with system maintenance, integrations maintenance, training, and identifying and leveraging opportunities to help our ERP team work more efficiently with the platforms and use them to their fullest extent.**Descripción del empleo**- Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform.- Partners with our HelpDesk to provide daily end-user support including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles, troubleshooting issues, logging, tracking, and resolving system problems and managing ticket queues.- Provide call support to ensure that business system issues/opportunities are properly documented and prioritized in our IT ticketing system.- Manage, track, and provide solutions to reported issues while seeking supervisor direction and guidance as needed.- Works with Corporate Systems team leadership to support authorizations and system configuration requirements.- Develop documentation for identified business scenarios, processes, and procedures.- Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, usability, and reporting capabilities.- Maintain platform/systems documentation.- Assist in training end users in system processes and procedures.- Identify roadblocks, craft comprehensive solutions, and deliver successful outcomes.**Requisitos**- Professional-level fluency in English.- In-depth understanding, supporting, and hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work and technical experience.- Familiarity with finance and project-based business processes and experience working with finance and accounting teams and technologies.- A stable high-speed internet connection and quiet working environment.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and technical troubleshooting abilities that will be used to analyze and resolve business system problems; must be able to provide documentation when required.- Highly motivated individual - you must be proactive, enthusiastic, agile, show initiative, and be good at multitasking.- Ability to notice the little things and triple-check processes and information for compliance and accuracy.Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Certification.- Experience working at professional services organizations (PSOs).- ServiceNow experience a plusPhysical and Mental Job Qualifications- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Some of the Benefits We Have IncludeJ.S.
