**Mission**:**Tasks & Responsibilities**:**Customer Acquisition and Retention**:- Design and execute targeted win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild relationships;- Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.**Sales Administration**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, together with the Sales team;- Support in contract preparation and legal reviews when required**.****Marketing**:- Identify key events in North America and define appropriate engagement models for each (speaking engagements, booths, private events);- Drive top of funnel activities such as social media posts, newsletters, white papers with relevant industry associations**Customer Engagement**:- Present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs effectively.**Collaboration and Teamwork**:- Work closely with the North American and global sales teams to share insights and best practices;- Partner with customer value teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.**Sales Strategy Execution**:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs,- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.**Market Understanding**:- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in North America;- Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and offerings.**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the North American market;- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus;- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs;- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;- Excellent organizational and time management skills;- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;- Knowledge of the Automotive industry and market dynamics in North America is a plus.
