**Job ID**: **Required Travel**: No Travel**Managerial - No****Location**:Mexico-Guadalajara (AM)****Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:Technology engineer that supports design, installation, implementation, configuration and maintenance of software products and support for technical issues in production and testing environments**What will your job look like?**:- You will design, configure, install and upgrade environments (e.g., integrated, performance) through the product life cycle (development, test, UAT, production) for internal and external users.- You will optimize environment build process: Implement latest tools and Improve existing utilities- You will troubleshoot environment build errors (simple & complex) and provide immediate and long-term solutions.- Handle and resolving production issues & ensure SLAs are met.- You will configure third party software (Java, Websphere, Weblogic) in the supported different types of environments and build in conjunction with development and architecture.- You will work on the Azure env setup on cloud.-- You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks.**All you need is...**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field- 8+ yrs experience as Infrastructure Engineer in different stages of SDLC (Software Development Process)- Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Automation- 10+ yrs experience in UNIX/Linux Scripting on Server platform- 6+ yrs experience in WebLogic (Installation, Configuration, Performance tuning, Environment setup, Troubleshooting, interphase validations- SQL basic queries- Experience with Monitoring tools (Appd, Introscope, Dynatrace etc.)- Experience with Azure or AWS administration and ADO- Proven experience with CC (Configuration Control) tools- Nice to have- Wildfly it is an advantage- Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform scripting)- CI/CD**Why you will love this job**:- Build your skills and work on a broad scope of activities- As you will support excellent products, you will assemble relevant data, identifies trends and root causes, and draws logical conclusions to develop solutions- We will provide you a scope for professional developmentWe offer a wide range of stellar benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off, sick time, and parental leave#LI-SR1LI-Hybrid**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
