We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:Supervise and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.Monitor stock levels, organize inventory, and track shipments to avoid delays or stockouts.Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.Develop and implement efficient systems for tracking inventory, deliveries, and orders.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transportation and safety regulations.Continuously improve warehouse and logistics procedures to optimize operational efficiency.Report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to warehouse performance, logistics costs, and delivery timelines.**Requirements**:Fluente in EnglishBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing and logistics.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics software.
