A home for your talent and ambition.A home for everyone.Overview:Use Calibri 18 font here**Responsibilities**:Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles, with a strong focus on indirect categories and cost optimization.- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.- Project management experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.- Experience facilitating workshops, managing multiple projects, and working in cross-functional teams.- Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a complex, matrixed organization.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.Hiring Range:Aplicable de acuerdo a localidadEEO Statement:Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
