Visión general Americas Total Rewards team Responsabilidades This position will support and lead Compensation initiatives for the Americas region, will provide recommendations for hourly and salaried employees on new hires, promotions and changes within the organization and also provide relevant data to drive different initiatives from the planning stage to implementation. Act a main point of contact and subject matter expert for benefits in Mexico. Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions and changes occurring in the Americas region. Lead the annual renewal of employees' insurances in Mexico. Act as main point of contact and liaison with Benefits brokers, including processing of invoices for payment. Support the Annual Comp Planning / Merit and STI process. Support the TR Leadership team with any initiative or project occurring in Total Rewards. Requisitos Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, etc. 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Mexico and ideally knowledge in markets like US and Canada. Knowledge in different market data surveys, market evaluation, collective bargaining contracts. Able to provide analysis and high level summaries. Proficient with numbers and Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required. Experience working with HR systems (SAP SF and Ventures Soft).
