This role is for an Informatica Admin with skills in at least one of the products within the range and the possibility to cross train and upskill to be able to work on all of them. The role will be involved in a number of large scale projects at the heart of driving the future success at Micro Focus from data migrations to enabling steady state ongoing data stewardship tooling.Key Tasks / Accountabilities- Administration of the Informatica systems for enterprise data movements and MDM supporting Operational and Analytical systems- Configuration changes to the MDM platform- support active user base with MDM tooling- administration of MDM and other Informatica tools like PowerCenter and IDQ- Experience in ActiveVOS workflow development and customization- Understanding the security model using the MDM Hub Console- Experience in MDM Meta-data/Supporting table knowledge, basic Linux is required.- Application Server (JBoss), Oracle SQL, SIF and Business Entity Services, User Exists (Hub and IDD) basic knowledge is must.- Understanding and troubleshooting the data toolset- Administration and support of the Informatica platform in conjunction with the environments team and IT department- Understand the data tooling landscape and which solution is the best fit for which tasks- Working with IT to understand and follow the Change and deployment processKnowledge Skills and Experience- Troubleshooting- Learn fast and be able to understand and support the system- Good Knowledge of Informatica Administration (MDM, IPC and IDQ)- Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL database technologies- Experience in Development and Administration of Informatica- Understanding of support tools and framework eg ITIL- Must be able to work independently and with mínimal supervision- Have strong communications skills to make presentations both in face-to-face meetings and remotely over the telephone.- The ability to work in a constantly-changing environment- Have flexibility in working patterns - especially as you need to interact with people located in the Americas and Asia Pacific as well as EMEA.Key Stakeholders- CDO department heads- Data Solutions Architects- Enterprise Architecture team- IT Service Management team- Business SME’s- IT SME’sLI-MICG**Job**:Information Technology**Micro Focus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
