This is your chance to be part of a team that has the backing to innovate, disrupt an industry and change lives.Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) provides Domain Specialist led data engineering, data insight, advanced analytics, and data science services and solutions critical to the Data, AI and machine learning emerging strategy and mission of Enabling Units IT and AZ.**About the Role**:We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, innovative leader experienced in driving delivery and service teams to join our pioneering Data & AI team as the EUIT Data, Analytics & AI Lead. This senior, strategic role is accountable for the delivery of DA&AI services to activities across the Enabling Units IT Business Areas, as well as partnering with Enabling Units IT and Enterprise Data & AI leaders in developing an aligned strategy for Data, Analytics & AI investment and delivery to support Enabling Units.Responsible for Delivering EUIT use cases on our strategic enterprise platforms, existing Data Hubs and driving the adoption of Data Mesh approaches across EUIT by implementing harmonized platform ways of working and ensuring that Continuous Improvement, Automation and re-use are at the heart of everything delivered by the data domains. This role will lead all of the data, analytics and AI delivery capability for Domains within Enabling Units IT. As part of this, the role holder will grow management capability across the team, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and diversity of thought that makes EUIT DA&AI a great place to work.The leader will be accountable for the delivery of FAIR data products and solutions to EUIT Business Areas, working closely with data science teams in the enterprise and embedded within EUIT Business areas to deliver use cases. Working with Enterprise Data & AI and respective C4E teams to implement and leverage global strategic solutions, the leader will influence and shape the EUIT wide D&AI domains such as the Finance Data Hub; Microstrategy & PowerBI dashboard and visualization tooling; Driving a self service approach that empowers the EUIT business areas. The role holder will partner closely with the EU IT Capability Leads to ensure a unified, integrated data and AI capability across EU IT that fulfills the needs of EUIT business areas.The role will sit on the EU IT Leadership team, and will also work collaboratively with the Senior Director for Enterprise Data & AI and the Head of Enterprise Data Services to ensure an integrated IT delivery to EUIT.**Typical Accountabilities**:- Accountable for the delivery of D&AI services to functions across EUIT, Ensuring Automation, re-use and platform ways of working are harmonized across the Data Domains and with wider EUIT approaches.- Accountable for ensuring the budgets, FTEs and any contracted services are commensurate to provision EUIT D&AI services to meet agreed demand. Accountable for driving cost / service efficiencies over the platforms as well as managing long range planning with stakeholders to ensure year on year service sizing to meet demand.- Accountable for delivering EUIT use cases on the standard D&AI platforms, to budget, time and quality.- Accountable for empowering data domain DevOps teams to deliver at pace with aligned autonomy; removing blockers, aligning resources across teams, and ensuring delivery through standard technology platforms.- Accountable for developing an integrated delivery strategy for D&AI delivery to support AZ Enabling Units activities, including the data & AI deliverables of the EUIT Business Areas and driving the Data Mesh strategy.- Responsible for ensuring an aligned d
