**Category Buyer**:Direct material purchasing. Quoting, selecting, and finalizing supplier recommendations. Generating savings to meet Aptiv's established goals. Generating purchase orders. Providing general sales support.**Skills**:- University degree in commercial, engineering, or value chain-related areas.- English proficiency at an 80% level.- Required experience:- Purchasing Supplier negotiation- Problem solving- Prioritizing activities and assignments- Program management skills- Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office:- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ii. SAP- Teamwork- Oral and verbal communication in Spanish and English.General Duties- Supplier negotiation.- Search for savings opportunities and projects.**l. Materials analysis.**:**ll. Supply chain analysis.**:**lll. Analysis of economic factors in the industry.**:- Achieving savings goals.- Improving commercial terms such as:**l. Payment terms.**:**ll. Payment on receipt.**:**lll. Monthly payment.**:**lV.
