About the Role The Implementation Specialist will be part of a Global Team implementing Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Global Trade solutions for multiple organizations and companies globally. Our solution offers content and tools for Material Classifications, Denied party screenings, Import and Export Management, Duty Deferral Programs, Free Trade Agreements, and more. Design Work with clients to translate their business processes into our solutions. Lead requirements sessions. 3+ years related work experience. Basic knowledge of SQL, XML. Experience with process analysis, design & mapping. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to travel, as needed, to client sites and assist with implementations. Experience Experience with solutions for global trade (ONESOURCE Global Trade, Integration Point, SAP GTS, Descartes, AmberRoad, E2Open, etc.). Experience implementing enterprise software including cloud solutions and third‑party applications. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, QAD, etc. Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts. Education Higher education degree or diploma – Supply Chain, International Business, or Computer Science preferred. Other Qualifications Excellent communication skills in interacting with management and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong customer‑facing experience and skills. Ability to multi‑task and work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience being managed by remote teams / offices.
