The app is currently available in Greece, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina.**About the role**We are looking for a talented **Control Operations Monitor** in our **Viral Code **extension to work alongside folk in our Operations Team. The goal is to ensure the Drivers’ Fleet Operations keep working effectively and safely.You will work closely with our Drivers of Zero and Tesla to help them when a situation is getting out of control or needs immediate assistance.**What you'll do day in and day out**:- Support routine fleet situations that need to be faced during the shifts. Create and deliver reports, notifications, and briefs on fleet activities, deviations, and events.- Handle driver issues coming from passengers to road accidents by coordinating with the support team, On-site Operations, and other stakeholders- Coordinate with On-site Leaders and other teams to develop courses of action in response to itinerary deviations, short notice stakeholder requirements, and disruptive events.- Monitor driver behavior while delivering reports based on data and proactively contacting drivers for corrective measures.- When required, notify senior company leaders of situations that present potential danger to employees or passengers. Proactively monitor and notify the proper channels in case of potential media exposure.- Assist in ride development to drivers and resolution of operational issues. This will also include support for developing long-term solutions to optimize the visibility and response times of the team.**What you need to have**:- 1-2 years of experience monitoring and giving support to fleet activities (driver partners, supply partners) through online platforms or similar monitoring positions- Preferred experience in knowledge management, managing complex audio/visual displays and dashboards- Create Processes and control-Execution- Assertive Communicator- Analytical and curious- Crisis management skills- Tech savvy- Committed - Goes the extra mile when a situation requires it- Acts as the owner of a situation when a manager is absent- Intermediate to advanced English skills- Experience with Google apps and collaboration tools- Previous experience in transportation is a plus- Be open to long shifts and rotative schedules**Nice to have**:- Advanced English (B2+)
