They are actively looking for an Assistant Officer to join Maintenance Sales Team in Singapore.**The Responsibilities**:・Make estimates for maintenance parts sales・Prepare necessary quotations and negotiate with customers・Update and monitor progress of sales status・Prepare necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works・Issue job instructions and other relevant documents for the works・Assist in developing and maintaining software for sales work・Co-ordinate with other departments on matters relating to works・Report to superior on all matters relating to the section・Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior・Keep proper records and filling of works carried out・Ensure all data and information are kept in confidentiality・Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.**Requirements**:**The Requirements**:・Basic administrative skills
