**Job Description Summary**: GE Aerospace is looking for an Bachelor’s Degree student to work with the Operations Team managing request for quotes for the GEIQ organization to fulfill business requirements.**Essential Responsibilities**- Support in the contracts lifecycle: Preparation, negotiation, execution.- Maintain, manage, document, project funding workflows, for GEIQ Aerospace.- Maintain the invoicing process activities to this type of charges.- Support the process improvement by means of using Lean tools.- Provide monthly reports of the funding received.- Provide support to the Operations team metrics and reports.**Qualifications/Requirements**- Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s degree with minimum 1 year before graduating.- Basic knowledge on Request for Quotes.- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Manage multiple tasks with ability to prioritize activities and promptly raise blocking issues.- Advanced management on Office, Web Tools and Databases.**Desired Characteristics**- Manage of Purchase Orders.- Lean / Continuous improvement tools.- Industrial Engineering.- Negotiation Skills- Self-driven.- Automation tools development.GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
