This role supports the execution of marketing strategies across all channels, ensuring our developments (from boutique hotels to private residences) are positioned with the same elegance and precision that defines our spaces.We’re seeking someone with 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within luxury hospitality, fashion, or high-end real estate.**Key responsabilities**:- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns- Coordinate brand collateral production (brochures, lookbooks, signage, etc.) in alignment with brand guidelines.- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and websites — ensuring consistency in tone and aesthetics.- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.- Maintain marketing calendars and support internal communication of ongoing initiatives.- Participate in the conceptualization of brand storytelling and experiences.- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury sectors (fashion, hospitality, real estate).- Excellent visual and aesthetic sensitivity.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics).- Organized, proactive, and passionate about luxury branding and design.**What We Offer**:- Exposure to high-impact, award-winning real estate projects- Balance of creative design and disciplined investment approach- Entrepreneurial, fast-paced work culture- Values-driven team: trust, integrity, and genuine care- Regional focus with institutional-grade execution standardsXSgsfay4zb
