In this vital role you will give the success of the commercial functions by articulating innovative omnichannel marketing campaigns and adapt sophisticated internal and external processes from the content generation up to the metrics and KPI management. Attend strategic cross-functional meetings to promote the “digital transformation” of commercial processes.- Leading Digital Campaign operations for Health Care Professionals and Patients.- Developing or sourcing relevant Content for digital channels.- Leading compliance and regulatory lifecycle of digital materials.- Keep Tracking of Innovation in Digital and Multichannel Marketing.- Partnering with relevant digital Players to Increase Digital Presence of Amgen- Leading Website Lifecycle (inception, maintenance, decommission, metrics, SEO, SEM)- Collaborating with Digital Agencies and Brand Teams to Developing Annual Digital Plans.- Being a phenomenal partner with internal Marketing team members and external partners- Growing Customer Experience and Traffic of our Digital Assets.- Ensuring regulatory compliance of digital initiatives.- Preparing and submit marketing and digital materials for approval, Business Cases for New Digital Initiatives and Digital Training programs for the Organization.- Serve as an “Innovation evangelist”- Piloting New Initiatives**Win****What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
