It could be you**The Quest**:- Play a senior design role on a team working on a world class PC/console game- Design game mechanics, meta-game systems, game content, and more- Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality- Use audience research, playtests, and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's work- Champion the discipline of game design by haring knowledge and mentoring- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects**The Skills**:- Demonstrated passion for mass-market PC and console games- 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background- Proven experience designing and tuning action and party gameplay- Experience designing games for PC and console platforms, knowledge of mobile market is a plus- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment**The Reward**:- Competitive project-based compensation- Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects- Clear communication and support throughout the project duration.- Flexibility in project timelines and deadlines.- Potential for long-term collaboration on future projects.- Transparent and fair evaluation of your work.
