(Ciénega de Flores) solicita:**SEGURITY Coordinator**Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles de protección de activos en la Planta, supervisar y mantener el cumplimiento de los controles de protección operativa definidos en el Programa OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado), desarrollar y gestionar recursos humanos para garantizar que se realicen inspecciones y monitoreos de las áreas de la planta con el fin de cubrir y corregir las vulnerabilidades detectadas y aumentar el nível de seguridad en las instalaciones. Redactar e implementar procesos y procedimientos de seguridad. Este puesto requerirá la redacción de informes, la creación de presentaciones y la comunicación con la gerencia sobre el estado de las operaciones de seguridad física.- Asegurar que las actividades e instrucciones de los Guardias de Seguridad se realicen en las instalaciones de la Planta.- Detectar riesgos de seguridad en las instalaciones, asegurando que se cumplan las normas y controles (instrucciones, procedimientos y Políticas OEA).- Realizar investigaciones ante cualquier incidente de pérdida de material o sospecha de robo, así como informes administrativos para la detección de estas irregularidades, y dirigir y gestionar recursos para la solución inmediata.- Mantiene el control de la entrada y salida de Contratistas, así como el registro de materiales, herramientas y químicos que ingresan a la planta, ya sean propios o de personal ajeno y brinda apoyo fuera de horario o en la recepción de materiales, previa notificación del almacén.**Requisitos**:- Conocimiento relevante de programas y certificaciones OEA o CTPAT,- Conocimiento de materiales peligrosos y procedimientos de manejo.- Habilidad para desarrollar e impartir capacitación a grandes audiencias.- Habilidad en el uso de una computadora personal y de diversas aplicaciones de software, incluyendo Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.- Habilidad para analizar datos y reportar hallazgos.- Habilidad para comunicarse de manera profesional, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.- Ingles IntermedioTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuentoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
