They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.**What your background should look like**:**Reponsabilities**:- Responsible for the areas of:.Employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training and development. and Human Capital Strategy.- Implementation policies and procedures of the company.- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote team members.- Strong experience in the Mexican Federal law.- Experience in develop policies & procedures.- Experience in establishing and maintaining a disciplined human resources operation with a focus on delivering consistent results with a respect for the individual employee.- Strong knowledge and practice on Lean manufacturing initiatives.- Excellent communications and public relations abilities.- Human resources Administration ( Headcount).**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience in a similar position.- Advanced English- Relationship with colleagues- Experience in the TRESS system**Competencies**:- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
