Our culture is defined by the Principle -Based Management (PBM)® philosophy which guides everyday decision making and provides employees with opportunities to contribute and personally benefit from the value they create.**What You Will Do**- You will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for IT roles across Koch business.- You will collaborate with IT capability hiring managers and HR business partners across Koch to fully understand talent needs.- You will provide advice in the strategic staffing planning, overseeing the sourcing process, job posting in internal and external career sites.- Gather and analyze information related to the supply/demand of talent, the labor market and compensation hiring trends to help influence positive change.- You will perform talent evaluation and screening aligned to our culture, follow up the hiring process while being in constant communication with Sources, Coordinators, Hiring Supervisor, HRBP's, staffing agencies and head-hunters.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- E xperience in talent acquisition end to end process for IT profiles.- Background in IT industry motivated into finding the right talent for the right role.- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.- Passionate about creating mutual benefit relationship s with management, cultivating, and maintaining strong strategic long-term partnerships.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience utilizing ATS's ( Talemetr y, Taleo, Oracle, Avature, etc.) to pipeline, track, and network with talent.- Portuguese communication skills.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
