We analyze our marketplace in a structured and analytical manner to gain an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and share key insights with our stakeholders—information that is critical for operational decision-making and planning.Our day-to-day work primarily involves conducting pricing analyses, developing analytical tools for reporting and decision-making, and strengthening our pricing frameworks and processes.Role Responsibilities:As a Senior Analyst in the Pricing Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for the following:- Conducting complex analyses of our operations and pricing decisions to improve market efficiency while maintaining our value proposition.- Sharing relevant pricing insights with Regional Managers to enhance their decision-making and identify optimal pricing configurations aligned with our value proposition.- Developing new tools for day-to-day analysis of our pricing structure and processes.- Enhancing our current pricing decision-making framework, logic, and processes to strengthen our operational capabilities and optimize our pricing structure.- Leading and implementing projects focused on the development of new features and mechanisms to improve our pricing configurations.Role Qualifications:Critical skills for the position include:- Strong analytical mindset: Always striving to "connect the dots" within a complex operational structure and solving issues through in-depth analysis and data management.- Data management, structured analysis, and modeling: Possessing the ability to efficiently manage large datasets, extract valuable insights from analyses, and build models to enhance pricing decisions.- Curiosity: Having the ability to learn independently, adapt quickly to new situations, and conduct your own analyses to understand key issues.- Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity: Demonstrating the capability to work independently and determine next steps with mínimal guidance in a fast-growing environment.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
