Conducts periodic audits toward process adherence. Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities. Supports the Procurement community with global procurement needs (as they pertain to processes).- Develops, maintains documentation, and communicates changes to procurement methodologies, processes, and policies.- Builds developmental framework to include suggested training and identifying opportunities that are in line with role and career paths.- Performs procurement audits to ensure alignment with policies and procedures.- Develops and guides procurement onboarding program and training tools.- Develops, identifies, and/or conducts global training activities on processes, tools, and methods.- Acts as support and transfers knowledge across the function.- Provides guidance, analysis, and support related to contract management processes and related systems and tools.- Defines requirements for compliance to business unit and corporate policies and procedures.- Supports and monitors contract life cycle management policies and procedures and oversees execution.**Required Skills and Education**Process Mapping, Business Systems (e.g., ERPs), Problem Solving, Facilitate Training, Advanced Communication Skills (verbal, written, and presentation), Analytical (Data Mining, Root-cause), Microsoft Suite Profficiency, Working with Cross-Functional Global TeamsBS/BA & 2-5 Years Experience**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
