**Network Operations Specialist**We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Network Operations Specialist at Marsh, you will be performing routine (preventative) maintenance to maintain efficient and reliable services, as well as supplementing our global NOC when troubleshooting challenging network problems.**We will count on you to**:- Back-end systems implementation and Support- Technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects- Analyze trends, perform root cause analysis- Communications to team and the business- Tech Services, advanced training- Escalation Support- Backup Help Desk and Local Support as needed- Continued learning and elevation of skills- Technology asset management**What you need to have**:- 5 years of experience in technical Network roles or related Sceurity roles in a large Corporate Enterprise Environment.- Experience with Palo Alto Firewall and Zscaler- Cisco Networking experience, with particular interest in the Certifications CCNA.- Cabling & Termination Systems: Cat-5/Cat6 Ethernet, OM3 Multi-Mode Fiber, or Media Converters & NIDs- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Advanced Level of English is a Must**What makes you stand out**:- CCNP Certification- Cloud Networking hands-on experience with AWS; Azure, GCP or Oracle.**Why join our team**:- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
