They meticulously handle the entire creative cycle, from ad design to content production to digital media buying. With a strong focus on performance, Primer values teamwork, collaboration, and a passion for pushing businesses through their rapid testing methodology.Your role:As the senior digital marketing designer, you will be a positive role model for all designers, but especially new designers, by sharing ideas and skills to exemplify creativity and efficiency without sacrificing the quality of work. You must possess clear and proactive communication skills to address issues and provide status updates. You stand out as a leader within the design team by documenting best practices and providing mentorship for the team. You are efficient with your work and are able to take on more projects than your peers. You serve as a backup for the production lead or coordinator when needed and are an overall source of design knowledge and help for the organization.**Responsibilities**- Document training, faqs, and helpful hints for the design team. Cover additional roles when the production lead is unavailable.- Continue to deliver projects on time.- Provide design reviews and feedback on projects as needed.- Provide guidance to designers when there are questions or technical challenges.- Help designers with brand comprehension.- Create tutorials on how to work with current design tools used by the team or new tools that could help improve the design workflow. Manage at least 3 projects per week.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating paid ads for FB, IG, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc., content in a fast-paced environment such as an ad agency or in-house production team.- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.- Demonstrate the ability to create and follow design templates and design standards to ensure brand integrity.- A bachelor’s degree in art or Graphic Design is preferred.**Salary**:- $2500 USD /month**Schedule**:8.5 hours between 9am and 7pm ETApplication Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
