Gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations.- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes and implications of results.- Utilize predictive modelling to create, process and validate models to forecast future outcomes.- Formalize goal setting and success measurement process for digital projects.- Identify reporting requirements, monitor the reporting implementation, evaluate post-launch metrics, and provide next steps recommendations.- Development and maintenance of KPI dashboards.- Data Visualization and presentation of data outcomes and recommendations.- Provide actionable quantitative and qualitative insights across digital channels.- Ensure data integrity and testing processes are followed for reporting and research tools.- Work with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data discrepancies.- Make recommendations for software productivity tools, processes and digital analytics roadmap.**Qualification**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Stays current with technology trends.- 4 - 8 yrs.
