**Position**:Customer Support Associate IIArrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms.- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.- Filling QI Forms and provide follow up to Formal QI claims until having a solution for the customer.- Work closely with Warehouse team and Transportation team to provide status and solutions to customer in regards to their shipments, tracking numbers, delivery time, expedite requests, hotshots, etc.- Creation and analysis of sales related reports.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree or 2-4 years of experience.- 2-3 years of B2B customer service experience.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening)**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
