Responsibilities Support and lead Compensation initiatives for the Americas region. Provide recommendations for hourly and salaried employees on new hires, promotions, and changes. Provide relevant data to drive different initiatives from planning to implementation. Act as main point of contact and subject matter expert for benefits in Mexico. Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions and changes occurring in the Americas region. Lead the annual renewal of employees' insurances in Mexico. Act as main point of contact and liaison with Benefits brokers, including processing of invoices for payment. Support the Annual Compensation Planning / Merit and Short-Term Incentive process. Support the TR Leadership team with any initiative or project occurring in Total Rewards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, etc. 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Mexico and ideally knowledge in markets like the US and Canada. Knowledge of market data surveys, market evaluation, collective bargaining contracts; able to provide analysis and high-level summaries. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required. Preferred qualifications : experience working with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and VenturSoft). Hiring RangeAplicable de acuerdo a localidad.
