As B2B Marketing Associate, you will be leading key initiatives, projects, and market strategies primarily for our B2B / Inbound Marketing Team. The results you will be driving, will be focused on generating leads for our company.To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, creative, analytical, proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively**You must be obsessed with growth: personal and professional. You will be joining a team of A-Players with extremely high standards of personal and professional development.****REQUIREMENTS**- 3+ years of marketing experience and Knowledge of the foundational 4P’s of marketing.- Proficiency in Facebook ads and Google AdWords is preferred.- Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies to drive leads and business growth- Understanding of performance marketing and lead acquisition channels with the ability to define high level strategy- Proficiency of web analytics to analyze campaigns and websites (Google Analytics required)- Experience with CRM lead management, marketing automation and reporting tools- Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform - Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager and Ad Manager- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills- Strong research skills- Creativity- Attention to detail- Collaborative team-spirit- Excellent time-management and organizational skills**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assisting and managing our company marketing plan- Development of ad copy and imagery based on best practices and brand guidelines- Optimize inbound marketing to increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs)- Proactively monitor and own digital marketing results against KPIs/goals/budgets- Assist with website initiatives, create landing pages for promotions and lead generation- Manage day-to-day relationships with contracted partners and internal team to successfully deploy marketing campaigns- Review analytics, data and conversion rate optimization using robust tools provided by the agency- Other duties as assigned**RESULTS**- Timely and effective implementation of company marketing plan- Generate and track results from marketing- Engage and cultivate industry partnerships (existing and new)- Performance within predetermined KPIs for this role.**Compensation**:- Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience- Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis- Performance metrics will unlock higher earning potential**Benefits**:- Work from anywhere Fully remote.- Join a fun, action-taking international team.- Select a career that will CHANGE YOUR LIFEPay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you applied to our mandatory online job survey located here:Work Location: Remote
