Descripción y detalle de las actividadesKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand to develop accurate demand forecasts.Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align demand planning with production capacity and material availability.Maintain and update demand forecasts in ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite) to ensure efficient material planning.Identify demand fluctuations and risks and recommend adjustments to optimize inventory levels.Ensure optimal stock levels by balancing lead times, production schedules, and order fulfillment rates.Collaborate with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce excess inventory.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and order fulfillment rates.Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and international stakeholders.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**:Proven experience in demand planning or forecasting within the electronics industry (SMT & assembly).Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting models and demand planning tools.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.Familiarity with supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Strong communication and collaboration skills.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
