Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability. Ensure clients’ satisfaction standards.The Reservations Agent is responsible to assist in the smooth and effective operation of the Reservations Department by providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 1-year work experience as Customer service.- Excellent presentation and service attitude, proactive.- Ability to work efficiently and professionally during rush operation.- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.- Conversational English skills.
