We're a growing dental contact center looking for a VOIP expert to join our team to ensure our self-hosted PBX system runs smoothly. This position is 100% remote.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves technical issues- Monitor and resolve caller-ID/spam risk issues on outbound lines- Develop custom contact center reports- Administer phone system quality assurance- Assist in agent quality assurance- Help answer calls and schedule patientsPay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How do you feel about working weekends (Saturday and Sunday)?- Why would you be the perfect fit for this position?- What is your bandwidth?**Experience**:- VOIP engineering: 3 years (preferred)
