That’s why we’re called Star.**The Opportunity**:Star is looking to hire a Corporate Strategy Manager who will define, lead and execute a wide variety of strategic programs and initiatives. It’s a unique opportunity to impact the growth and evolution of a fast-growing consultancy. You will be working closely with our VP of Corporate Strategy, the Chairman and the Executive Leadership team to identify strategic needs and opportunities and drive our efforts to guide Star in the right strategic direction.In addition to impacting Star’s future, you will also be expected to play a critical role in shaping how our corporate strategy group operates and evolves. As Star grows, you will grow and rise as well.We’d love to hear from you if the following describes you:- Embodies a global mindset, thrives while working with internal and external stakeholders from various locations, professions and backgrounds;- Naturally curious, able to take on a steep learning curve and understand new domains or challenges;- Challenges a ‘business-as-usual’ attitude, doesn’t settle for the status quo and always pushes people around you, and the company at large, to be better;- Possesses a high EQ and business intuition;- Works well independently, takes initiative and is able to execute on tasks with concise guidance and input;- Thrives within ambiguity and adapts to changing circumstances.**You**:Qualifications and experience:- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar experience;- Strong project management skills, able to oversee and contribute to multiple parallel initiatives;- Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior internal and external audiences;- Effective communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders from a variety of functions and seniority levels;- Strong end-to-end research and analysis skills - rigorous data collection, deep analysis, clear insights and pragmatic recommendations;- Fluent written and spoken English skills.Would be a plus:- Strong understanding of consultancy industry and business models;- Capable of modeling future scenarios using a blend of financial, operational and market data;- Experience hiring, developing, inspiring and managing junior team members;- M&A experience as advisor, consultant or in-house stakeholder;- Capable of planning and facilitating strategy workshops and similar events.Would be a plus:- Experience with joint ventures, strategic alliances, etc.;- Experience with creating thought leadership content;- Other language proficiencies.**Responsibilities**:The Global Head of Automotive & Mobility at Star is expected to manage and excel in all phases of the sAs a leading member of our Corporate Strategy team, you will be directly responsible for shaping Star’s future across business units and functions.
