Responsibilities Engaged with the client in the early steps of the opportunity to find the correct solution using all the portfolio of products of Belden. Design a network topology, bill of materials and proof of concepts to show the solution to the clients. Desing and perform proof of concepts and pilots of the solutions. Support sales team to deliver the annual growth in sales on the territory. Support Professional Service Team creating new opportunities of services and SLA with our existing clients. Assist to roadshows, lunch and learn events and workshops to show the solutions and capabilities of our products to potential client. Assist in technical/commercial training for the channel partners in the territory of Mexico, Central America & Caribbean. Perform trainings, technical capsules and seminars focus on the client necessities. On site visit to customer facilities to review opportunities and follow up process on the sales process. Support the certification process of the active components with the NOM (Normativa Ofivial Mexicana) of our active portfolio to be sell in the country. Lead the relationship and projects for our main direct customers (ABB & Schneider) in the commercial and technical approach. Oversee the commercial/technical training for new Channel Account Managers in the territory of Mexico, Central America & Caribbean.
