Translating strategy to automated RFx solutions will enable an E2E process that helps support global spend while delivering incremental and substantial productivity**Accountabilities**- Track and report SLA/KPI’s/Savings as per agreed methodology- Partner with category managers in the collection, tracking, analysis & reporting for RFx/competitive bidding process- Provide users training on Ariba esourcing/eauction platform (as needed)- Ensure complete and correct local/global reports and analysis provided to support Ariba esourcing process- Prepares and delivers training to suppliers on using Ariba esourcing/eauction tool- Manages and leads NDA process with Legal, suppliers and category managers- Aligns with category managers on productivity, criteria and timeline expectations for Ariba esourcing/eauction process specific for each event/category- Lead workshops with users to find opportunities for improved/efficient reporting and align work plan- Analyze data and Reports and offer recommendations for improvements to Reports, esourcing Tools, processes, data collection, and sourcing plansQualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree- ** 2-4 years of experience in Global Procurement Operations/Shared Services**:- Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities- ** Strong excel analytical background (Advanced functions such as: Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Xlookups, Hlookups, Creating Macros-Formulas to analyze data)**:- ** Language Proficiency- Advance English level**:- Experience working with ERP (Ariba) or other e-Sourcing tools (a plus)- Process improvement experience/mindset, tools and methods in Lean, DMAIC- Multi cultural work experience- Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management- Experience using best-in-class sourcing strategies for global procurement spends specifically supplier evaluation, selection, performance reporting, contract negotiations, price inflation management & savings metrics is preferred- Capacity to build trustful relationships in all levels of organization- Project management skills with focus on aligning scope & objectives together with tight time management- Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes- Experience with analyzing and organizing complex data sets into logical summaries- Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers**Non Technical Skills**- Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines- High integrity - won’t compromise on values to get results- Analytical - ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to find actionable solutions- Results driven, dynamic, highly energetic individual, motivated to achieve success- Excellent impact & influence capabilities- Customer service oriented- Strong negotiation skills- Builds rapport and credibility with customers and team members by demonstrating strong data management skills- Collaborate across cross functional partners- Inspire confidenceThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
