Ensure high quality and timely financial support to internal and external customers related to the processes of Intercompany activities for GMSA.- Provide business process support for initiatives affecting Intercompany operations.- Support global transformation through regional initiatives.- Support standardization of regional processes according to global model.- Oversight of accounting and controls ensuring transactional activities comply with corporate requirements. Understand APM and GM Policies for Intercompany AP & AR.- Knowledge of latest regulations from the Argentina Central Bank- Follow up of collection of GMA exports to avoid penalties- Understand and use Business Plan Deployment (PDCA) as means to plan and measure performance.- Support local/regional initiatives by providing quantitative and qualitative data analytics for Intercompany, budget, cash flow and forecast (advance excel modeling; Access Database).- Identification of process automation opportunities using available tools.- Support new system development and deployment for the region.- Support internal and external audits.- Participate in Lean/Kaizen events.- Develop strong relationship with our third-party service provider.- The current position is a direct report to the Intercompany Transactions Supervisor for GMSA.**Key roles**- Provide high quality services- Conduent governance- Standardization- Continuous improvement- Business partnership**Additional Job Description****Knowledge**:Knowledge of financial transactional processes, systems and procedures; comfortable learning GM policies and internal controls; highly preferrable experience in quantitative and qualitative data analytics and process automation; proven knowledge in working with Microsoft Office & preferrable Power BI; substantive business experience preferably in enterprises with complex environment; good experience with SAP; knowledge and experience of quality tools /continuous improvement methods and practices, process documentation and analysis tools.**Experience/Education**:Business/Accounting or Similar - progressive studies in transactional processes and systems highly recommended.Preferrable 3-5 years' experience in similar positions.Preferable SAP, Power BI KnowledgeFluent English.**Esta posición reporta dierectamente a GM Argentina, con un esquema de trabajo híbrido (Home Office/ Trabajo en sitio)***Recuerda adjuntar tu CV al momento de aplicar a esta vacante*La diversidad y la inclusión son nuestras fortalezas.
