(Hardware, Wire Jumpers, Cardboard Boxes, Labels, Electronic devices, etc.).- Lead New Product Introduction or Revision Change- Responsible for Importation / Exportation of custom setup on components, tooling, or finish goods according to the needs.- Support to the Project Engineer during the NPI, TCO, TOW, or Product improvements.- Support to Project Engineer and Design team with sample shipments or component tracking for Plant projects.- Support on the component standardization and communization usage for products ongoing in the plant.- Support on SAP component creation, update, or follow-up, according to the product family needs.- Support any other future activity critical for the business.- BOM and VC updates**FUNCTION AND ACTIVITIES**:- Microsoft office documentation.- Product drawing interpretation.- SolidWorks Component and Assembly drawings creation.- SolidWorks Simulation on Component and Assembly drawings.- Participate in continuous improvement plant events and EHS actions.- Share best practices between coworkers in plant and design teams outside the plant.- Take the lead on component standardization usage and propose initiatives for implementation or improvements**INTERRELASHONSHIP (Internal/External)**:- Internal; all departments in the plant.- External; Design team, Sourcing team, Product Management.**PROFILE****SCHOLARSHIP**:**Engineering career in Mechatronic/Electro-Mechanical/Industrial****Qualifications**:**EXPERIENCIA LABORAL**:**REQUIRED**- Bilingual (Spanish & English)- SAP knowledge.- Computer usage knowledge- Drawing Regulation and GD&T knowledge.- SolidWorks software knowledge- Electricity and Electronic knowledge**HABILITIES**- Initiative.- Decision making- Responsible- Adaptability- Teamwork- Good Communication skills- Self-taught person- Fast learning- Strong organizational skillsAdditional Information
