Servicios al personal: Seguimiento y supervisión a los servicios de transporte y comedor garantizando la calidad en el servicio y grado de satisfacción, asi como su control de facturas y pagos al proveedor.Programa de Becas: Revisión de cumplimientos a lineamientos y coordinación con el Comite de Becas para su revisión, comunicación y pago de becas.Descripciones de Puesto: Seguimiento y control de las actualizaciones de descripciones de puesto con las GerenciasReclutamiento y Selección: Llevar a cabo los procesos de reclutamiento de personal, realizar entrevistas a traves de distintos métodos y selección del personal de acuerdo a las evaluaciones por competencia en relación al puesto, asi como realizar su incorporación.Administración de Expedientes: Administrar la documentación del personal de nuevo ingreso para realización de expedientes, asi como cualquier tipo de documentación interna de Recursos Humanos.Workday: Realizar altas y bajas del personal en la plataforma y generar reportes del personal.Documentos al personal: Realizar y proporcionar cartas de trabajos para tramites personales bajo previa solicitud.Presupuestos: Administrar y gestionar la elaboración de los presupuestos de servicios de transporte, comedor, uniformes, eventos y beneficios y prestaciones del personal.Indicadores: Establecer indicadores de grado de satisfacción de eventos y servicios al personal, indicadores de ausentismo y rotación y tiempos de cobertura de vacantes.Relaciones Laborales: Aplicación del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, atención del personal, atención de renuncias, desvinculaciones laborales, evaluaciones de categorias, garantizar el cumplimiento del CCT y legislación laboral vigente, interacción con Sindicato y mejora del Clima Organizacional.Desarrollo Social: Coordinar en conjunto con el Comite de Bienestar y Diversidad la logística de los eventos organizacionales y asegurar la correcta ejecución.Programas Prysmian: Seguimiento a programas organizacionales Yes-Be IN, Speak Up, Go PrysmianCapacitación: Apoyo en actividades de capacitación y temas para el personal de Nuevo IngresoRequerimientos Legales: Cumplir con los requerimientos establecidos en los sistemas de Medio Ambiente, Salud, Seguridad y Energía de la empresa.- Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
