**Location**: Remote (Mexico / Latin America)**Summary**:We’re looking for a Ecommerce Conversion Optimization Specialist to help increase conversion rates on our Shopify storefront. Your focus will be entirely on direct-to-consumer website performance. You’ll bring an analytical and test-driven mindset, strong working knowledge of Shopify, and a track record of running A/B tests that drive results.**Responsibilities**:- Audit our Shopify site and customer journey to identify friction points and missed opportunities- Plan, design, and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or similar- Work with our design/dev team to implement and iterate on high-impact experiments- Analyze conversion data and generate actionable insights to improve the user experience- Optimize landing pages, PDPs (product detail pages), cart/checkout flow, and mobile experience- Collaborate with marketing on campaign-driven landing pages and funnel performance- Report regularly on wins, losses, and next steps**Qualifications**:- ~3 years of experience in CRO, ideally for DTC e-commerce brands- Strong understanding of Shopify and conversion best practices- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar- Data-driven mindset and a bias for action- Excellent communication skills — you can explain what’s working and why**Key Success Attributes**:- Ownership and Impact- Curiosity-Driven Culture- Fast-Paced Environment**Employment Information**:This position is Remote in Mexico / Latin America**About Tumbler**:At Tumbler, we’re not just revolutionizing kitchen tools; we’re creating a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth thrive.
