**Descripción**:En Dresden Partners Somos una consultoría especializada en web technology, mobile and software development, servicios near-shore staffing, tech international y local tech sourcing trabajamos para proyectos internacionales para otorgar servicios integrales.Centro de Operaciones de Seguridad (SOC) | Guadalajara (Edificio Vista)- Inglés Conversacional o inglés B2 En adelante,- Monitorear la consola SIEM y el buzón SOC para alertas de seguridad, solicitudes e informes de usuarios.- Aplicar acciones de contención en las herramientas de seguridad como respuesta a incidentes/avisos de seguridad.- Genere informes de estado diarios y atienda solicitudes ad hoc.- Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria, GED y experiência laboral relevante;- Se prefiere 2 años de experiência en monitoreo de seguridad cibernética.- Habilidades comprobadas de análisis, resolución de problemas e investigación- Comprensión de conceptos, protocolos, servicios y sistemas operativos de red- Experiência con SIEM, seguridad de correo electrónico, IPS, seguridad web, listas blancas de aplicaciones y detección de puntos finales y herramientas de respuesta preferidasCertificaciones:- CompTIA Security + y/o una certificación de nível de analista en cualquier SIEM / EDR / MDR o NERCCIP.- Manejar incidentes/alertas/situaciones escaladas por Nível 1- Unirse a los principales incidentes e incidentes de seguridad para ayudar al manejador de incidentes del cliente- Ayudar en las tareas del proyecto relacionadas con el SOC- Se requieren 3 años de experiência en monitoreo de seguridad cibernética.
