Director Product Lead

As part of the Data & Analytics Team you will enable our partners to make decisions with connected data solutions, establish metrics that drive business outcomes and ensure understanding of OKRs. The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be enabling data and analytics platform and products governance and operations to help advise the LATAM organizations on the best path forward to better identify future growth opportunities in the market. You will translate data and analytics products quality and operations needs into technical data and processes requirements to enable the platform to drive long term vision that will influence all operational business aspects including Consumer, Revenue, Share, Shopper, and Execution. You will support a cross-functional team on initiatives that align to global/center and help guide our partners on how to interpret and understand data-driven results. This position requires a high-energy, motivated individual with strong technical, data products expert knowledge, data governance framework, data quality processes and operations and analytical skills, excellent communication skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior business and technical partners. A team-player attitude is crucial, value collaboration, curiosity, purpose, and diversity are part of our culture.**What **You’ll** Do for Us**- You will be a part of the Platform Services Data and Analytics (DnA) for OU Data and Analytics Governance and Operations.- Work directly with the LATAM organizational unit and its functions and closely with other global DnA and IT teams.- Develop and identify opportunities for new governance and operations processes for data and analytics products and collaborating to build the capabilities to support it.- Become an expert of datasets usage, dashboards and models technical implementation to be created and deployed by the different Data and Analytics teams regionally and globally.- You will setup and operate the data and analytics governance framework ensuring our data has the right quality to drive decisions and develop features and user stories for creation of new data and analytics governance and operations features.- You will ensure operations for the data analytics platform to drive additional value of analytics to empower and drive adoption of self-service analytics building system wide capability.**Qualifications & Requirements**- Minimum (5 years+) experience and Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or associated field.- Deep Knowledge across the Beverage/System landscape Including Strategic decision management, Revenue growth management, Commercial and Execution.- You are an expert at analyzing and translating complex analytics into concise stories to drive action (data storytelling).- Experience on various types of tools used in data governance framework and methodologies.- Experience on data and analytics operations framework (i.e. ITIL)- Experience on various datasets types and on Azure Cloud Platform and its infrastructure. Data modelling, ETL, SQL, and Python/R skills required. Experience in AI/ML projects implementation.- People/team management skills to develop and implement data and analytics products with different profile types (data engineer, data governance, data science).- An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations.- Proven examples of using data to influence decision making required with senior partners.- A passion to learn/develop and bring in emerging trends/technology that drive further insight value.- Experience in working with project management, Agile and Scrum methodology (plus: manages DevOps platform).- Know how to prioritize knowledge gaps, build holistic learning plans, and tell insight driven stories to engage with direct team and business stakeholders.**What We Can Do for You**- Our Purpose is “TO REFRESH THE WORLD.
