To work in ENSENADAResponsible for supporting the plant manager, operations and purchasing department to stay organized and complete tasks that allow it to focus on more advanced responsibilities.**Responsibilities**:- Buy MRO and do quotes for different requirements.- Act as the point of contact between the direction and internal/external vendors- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence- Handle requests and queries appropriately- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders- Make travel arrangements & coordinate visitors logistics.- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers- Produce reports, presentations and briefs- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings- Assists with activities related to events, vendors, customers, facilities, operations.- Inventories- Book keeping- Perform other duties as assigned- Related Bachelor's degree (preferred), or its equivalent in experience in the position.- Bilingual English-Spanish 90%- 3 years previous experience in similar positions is desired.- Organized and detailed oriented- Good Computer skills- Excellent communication skillsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $24,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de permanenciaExperiência:- General assistant/Excecutive secretary: 3 años (Deseable)- Purchasing/operations clerk: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Microsoft Offices: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles 85% (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
